Japanese Baby Hatch

A convenient way for parents of unwanted infants to safely get rid of them. It's on Drudge, so it must be true.

We don't have hatches, but it's legal to leave an infant on the doorstep of any municipal building under "baby Moses" statutes in many cities (including Fort Worth).
