update: Apparently it was just a typo that has now been corrected. When I posted this, the headline (referring to private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts) said "KKK to acquire First Data"

Now it's corrected to "KKR to acquire First Data."

Should have taken a screen shot...
